Awaiting a response

Just wondering if there is a feature that will let me know when I am due a response from one of my clients? If so, how do I activate this?

    Hello Matt,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    Yes, we do have a 'Reply Expected Date' feature.

    You can activate this within the task that you have
    assigned to the person you are waiting to hear
    back from.
