We want to use Dooster for a meeting that we hold every week. We want to upload documents and send them to all of the members in the meeting. I have already added all of them members and they have been sent email logins. How do I coordinate this with Outlook?

Here's what I would do:
1) Make all the relevant members of the meeting "Task
2) Upload the docs etc every week
3) Add something in the task text - or add new comments. When
you click save and Close all the task watchers will get an email
notification about the task being updated
they will be able to log in and see the latest task / files
Using one task in this way is possible But it would be more
logical to do it as one task per meeting
OR do all these meetings via the "Discussions" feature
