Hi there, I'm looking for some followup on this item. the previous "answer" is insufficient. I have read through your FAQ and was unable to really find an answer. This has now wasted more than a couple days of our time due to an unprofessional half answer.
As a followup, I think I'm aware of the issue now troubleshooting your web app. I am following up with the appropriate people.
