You want to be careful about overloading it with too many features. We tried central desktop a couple of years ago and with all the features it was just confusing and we went back to basecamp (which doesn't have quite enough features. Keep dooster simple. But I also think we should have gantt charts. This is because so many people are used to seeing them. For example that is the only criticsm my project leader has ade about dooster - tho she now agrees it works well without them.
