We did think about doing something like this

But we use skype ourselves and it works fine for us so we

who does not
have or use Skype. It is cumbersome to tell them that they have to
download
and set up software to communicate with you as opposed to logging
in to
a PM program and communicating from there.

Also, I have a natural reluctance using Skype, I had used
previously but not now,
because it is a very invasive program. Using an uninstaller like
Revo Uninstaller
one sees just what I am talking about. Of all the programs I have
uninstalled, Skype
was the most invasive. The fact that Microsoft now owns it does not
give me a warm
"fuzzy either. I know, millions of users make me look somewhat
strange. So be it.

specific purposes. If Doster had a major feature like that I think
it would be overkill. Jes sayin...

Brian Sullivan
