can see all the projects without having to assign them to all the
projects one by one?

My management staff needs insight into the projects I run, but
they are not 'people on the project' or task owners, etc.

To clarify - these people need to see stuff, but not change, and
it needs to be all the upper level report/dashboard views, and they
will NOT want to receive any e-mail alerts - they just want to log
in and look at progress on a weekly basis.

Please let me know how to accomplish this.
Thanks,

You might find "Task Watchers" useful for this?

Checkout all the permissions levels here <a href=

project by project, to task by task?

Do task watches have access to the dashboard items (like the
gantt chart)?

Can there be more than one task watcher? It seems that in the
drop down there's only the ability to pick one person.

tavietag:dooster.tenderapp.com,2011-05-09:Comment/308369302013-12-30T22:48:21Z2013-12-30T22:48:21ZUser accounts for management-only people

Hi Tavie

Checkout the alert emails blocking feature

re the rest: The range of possible set ups is so wide that the
best way forward for you will be to do a trial run of how you want
things to work. Test it out and I'm sure you'll be able to come up
with a workable format.
