Great start...a few improvements to be exactly what I need

OK to address your points

It's slow - especially comparative to other apps. It needs to be really responsive and quick for me to spend time, otherwise it won't work. It takes too long to go between pages.

Hmm. OK everything should load in 3 seconds max. Most things load instantly. We did have a server issue a few days ago and perhaps that was what you saw? Please confirm if the app is still slow for you. Ideally please give a couple of examples.

Projects -- I need to be able to sort projects into different areas -- such as Work, Home, or whatever I choose. When you have 20+ projects, there needs to be organization.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions ie specifically how you would like projects to be grouped.

Click and type functionality -- for me, this is must-have. Such as you'll find on many others -- the ability to click in the field and type quickly without being required to put everything else in or wait for another window to open. You force me to choose a project and a list when sometimes, I just need to jot something down to get it out of my head and deal with it later.

OK good point. We were thinking about having a "general project" that is the default project for the top "Add Task" field. So users can choose the project at the time or later. Would something like that work for you?

The ability to hide the things I don't need. I'm a team of 1, so the collaboration stuff doesn't do much for me -- it just clutters my workspace. It would be great to be able to customize what I see -- so I see ONLY what functions for me.

I'm not sure what collaboration stuff "sticks out". Please tell me what you'd like to be able to hide and we will look at that very seriously.

Anyway...you have a terrific start. Hope to see you move forward in the future. I've tested just about every product on the market with a free trial, so I'm always happy to provide input.
