<p>How about they email the tasks in?</p>
<p>Assuming that is possible simply set up a task list email
address - give them this email address (they can save it in their
contact as - for example - " Urgent Maintenance Tasks" )</p>
<p>Every time the task list get's emailed into, you or your
assistant can be notified by email. You simply click on a link to
open the task and then assign it as you like...</p>
<p>You could set up more than one task lists to reflect the
severity / urgency of the maintenance requests eg Urgent
Maintenance Tasks / Fix inn 1 day / Fix in 2 days etc</p>

With the old system my assistant and I would go it a few times a
day to see what's pop up. Then we just assign from there. What we
also do is make<br>
tasks that are not urgent and save them for when things are a
little slow<br>
the then go back to them and assign at a later date. Then
maintenance staff<br>
would also go in and check there assigned task once or twice a
day.</p>
<p>We have another system that is use for urgent items. They go
directly to<br>
the on call maintenance persons phone via text.</p>

<p>Also please bear in mind that once the "emailed task" is in your
Dooster account you can give it priorities, due dates, assign it to
the right person and move it around various projects / lists...
stuff like that</p>
