When did the pricing structure change?
When did you pricing sturcture change - this is a hugh increase and no notice was given to your current customers. That is poor business...

Hi John... Yes I can access the account. I paid the new free structure in order to do so... Now I just need the pricing structure to return to what it was previously rather than the new price structure.
The Billing System that you use does not allow me to auto pay any longer. it kicks the autopay back because it's an international payment from outside the U.S. and requires a verification.
