<p>You cannot change the account owner. But there are some
solutions</p>
<p>1) Mike opens a new account. You share all the projects with him
so that they are visible in his account - and effectively his.</p>
<p>2) Or make Mike a coordintor of you account - ie a de facto
owner</p>
<p>3) In either case stop all alerts being sent out to you - Please
see the FAQs</p>
