When we set up Dooster, we used my account as the main account.
I am no longer full time with the company, but am still getting the
emails of all new tasks emailed to Dooster. Can we change that so
that Mike is the account "owner" instead of myself?

You cannot change the account owner. But there are some
1) Mike opens a new account. You share all the projects with him
so that they are visible in his account - and effectively his.
2) Or make Mike a coordintor of you account - ie a de facto
3) In either case stop all alerts being sent out to you - Please
see the FAQs
Hope that helps you

Mike is already a coordinator. If I turn off the alerts on my account,
will he automatically start receiving the notifications when someone emails
a task to dooster?

Yes he will IF he hasn't turned off his alerts
