Expired account
Account has expired...how can we fix this so it doesn't keep happening. This is very annoying. I need my tasks every day.

This will be because your card has failed or expired
simply follow the steps to enter a new card

There is nothing wrong with my card and the payment is supposed to go through on the 10th...which is actually tomorrow. How do we fix this?

There is nothing wrong with the card. i've checked the info on worldpay/futurepay and it's all correct. In fact, the payment doesn't even go through till the 10th of the month, which is tomorrow. How can we fix this?

Hi Lynne
The payments always go through on the 9th of each month at the same time. (perhaps your bank statements show them a day later?)
Sorry about the problem but please note the payment was refused by your bank.
Would it help if you paid in advance for the next 6 months or a year? If so you can pay via paypal or direct to our bank. let me know and I'll send more details
