advice please
Hi,
I've been asked to find a tool for our customer services team to use. We need it for sales projects, keeping notes on customer enquiries and following up customers / potential leads. We would also like to monitor what the team is doing so we can asses the progress of the projects. Could you give me some more information on dooster?
Thanks,
Paula
