Please can you help me. I have been asked to look at how to unsubscribe our company from Dooster because it has not been used here for a long time. How do we do this please and can we re-subscribe if we need to in the future?

    Hello Sally,

    Thank you for reaching out.

You can find out how to delete your account here:

    http://dooster.net/wp/account-control/deleting-account/

You can subscribe again in the future, although I am
not sure if you can open and re-activate the same account.

I can check this out for you.

    Sue

    Hello Sally,

Just spoke to one of our guys in the tech team.

If you delete the account you will be unable to
    re-activate it.

I would recommend exporting any files that you
need so that you do not lose them.

To find out more about exporting data, please see
    the link below:

    Best wishes,

    Sue

    Dear Sue
Many thanks for this information. I will pass it to my colleague so that he can decide whether or not to cancel it. This is very helpful.
    Kind regards, Sally
