Hi,
I'm fairly new to Dooster and have been considering using it as a tool for our customer services team.
My ultimate aim is to keep everything all in one place and be able to keep track of our enquiries more effectively.
Is this going to work for me? Will there be any down time if I make the transition?
Any advice you would be able to provide would be most appreciated.
Thanks,
Keely

    Hi Keely,

    Thank you for your question.

The answer is yes, it would be a perfect solution to your customer service needs providing a simple and functional support ticketing system. It would take minutes to get up and running so no down time required.

Click on the link below which will give you all of the information you need.

    All the best,

    John
