Getting back in

Hello, I hit the oops page trying to log back in to Dooster with an old account. I filled it out with this issue & hit submit & got the same Oops page. Ooops twice ! I don't know whether you actually received the form submission.

Anyway, i used to have an account under [removed] ,.. probably using my google account. I would like to jump back in - at the 9.95 level.

Would you clear out my account so I can sign back up ... or enable it so I can login and set up the plan?

Thanks -

    Hi David

We're on it and will advise.

Apologies for the issue - we're looking into that.

    Thanks John

PS Good to hear from you again. Can I ask why you've returned after all this time?

    Hi David

OK you should be able to log back into your old account now and pay

The bug form seems to work fine. Can you do me a quick favour and try that again?

I am a freelancer web dev with 4 separate gigs plus a full time day job.
I need some help managing projects.
I dont know how much of a serious trial I gave dooster last time ... I cant
remember what my decision was based on ...( see I do need task history and
notes :) ) I was probably then reluctant to pay ... I have since outgrown
the need to get everything free.

Less concerned with collaboration then with a solid project manager with
time tracking ... but giving client access to project is a plus.

Been trying every system under the sun again ... proofhub was a little too
light on task management and no timers. Teamworkpm was kinda too much ...
didnt feel it had a good enough overview across projects.

Will give dooster an honest try on a paid plan ... try and settle on a
system. And then ... the hardest thing of all - stick with it :)

Thanks for getting back to me ... i look forward to using dooster again

    Hi David

OK sorry. One of our team unset the privacy because she thought your "case history" looked good and would be of interest to others.

The problem is almost everyone opts for the private comm and it make it seem that Dooster's forum is much quieter than it is. I have just set it back to private.

    Really sorry about that

    Best wishes

    Hey David

    appreciate your understanding

a thought: would it be OK to put it public IF we edit out all your personal info ?

Just asking . It's fine if you'd prefer not...
