How can I prevent one agent from seeing the activities of my other agent?

Thanks in advance!

    Hello J,

One of the major benefits of using Dooster to collaborate with your team is its strong permission restrictions.

You can set permissions by clicking on the agent's user name and then selecting "Project permissions".

You can choose from the following permission levels:

View only- can only view tasks that have been assigned to them

Edit tasks- can view and edit tasks that have been assigned to them plus they can also add comments

Add tasks- can upload files and add/assign tasks

Project Managers- can add/assign/edit tasks as well as add people and adjust their permissions

If you are the account owner, you can also assign Coordinators. A coordinator has the same permission settings as the owner

    I hope this helps!
