Not receiving Dmail

I have tried to send a number of test to my dmail account and I am not receiving them. I can send from Dmail though.

    If it's of any help. This account was originally under the name of Sam
    Morris. He left the company so I change his information over to Mike
    Tarantino (although Sam Morris does still pop up in a few places) and
    removed my original account.

    Have we gotten anywhere with the Dmail? I'm real interested in using
    it. Funny thing is I see that it shows up on the overview page.

    In order to test the bug fixes we can only test on the live servers - which
    will impact on users

    So it will take several days to create a new set up

    So for now you can only get emails in which are REPLIES to Dmail

    Can you work with that?

    I can work with that.

    Would it be easier to just setup a new account or is this a bigger
    problem. As long as we move the active projects I'd be fine with it.
    Even if I have to put them back in it wouldn't be a big deal.

    You can easily set up a new account

    I'm not sure of the specifics of your situation - so when you say

    perhaps you mean you'll share those projects with the new account (That
    should work great)

    You tell me. Would canceling this account and setting up a new account
    solve the problem? I'm just concerned this could be a problem that keeps
    popping up and I know debugging it could be a pain.

    OK, I setup a new account and still had the same problem. Maybe it's

    Yes. When I send a test email to dooster should it show up in the
    dmail inbox? It shows up on my dashboard (attached screen shot) but
    not in the email list. Where is it?

    Is this an issue across Dooster or is it just me? I just need to know
    if it's being looked into or if I should just not plan on using
    "DMAIL".
