Email notifications have stopped completely

We have not changed any settings, but I'm no longer getting notified when someone posts a task to Dooster.

    We are aware of this issue and it has been fixed

    Is this still happening to you ie right now?

    if so can you give me an email address you're expecting an alert to come to
    (and ideally what the notification was)

    Send a "bogus" task to [email blocked] (we setup email aliases that
    reroute to the task email address). The tasks have posted, we just
    weren't notified - sometimes not all of the message posted, either or
    all of the attachments.

    can you double confirm that the alert is not landing in your spam folder or
    something?

    Not in my spam folder (remember it was working prior to last week, but I
    checked my spam and junk folders on my computer and the MX computer -
    not sign of anything).

    Hi

    Ive only just signed up but Ive put 2 tasks on the system and havent received any notifications about the tasks that have been assigned to me. I clicked on the "quick update" link and that did send an email out asking how the task was progressing but the actual notification of a new task has not come out to either me or my colleague

    Indeed I have, and unless your notification email was also offering low cost dubious drugs it appears not to be in my spam box because that's all that's there. As I say the button for getting a quick update successfully generated the email and that came through successfully.

    My first thought was that I needed to add myself or my colleague as a watcher even if the task was assigned to me or him but that didnt work either so then I came looking here for email notification related issues and saw Mary Ann's problem from just yesterday / today so figured there was probably something up with the system somewhere.

    Hmm yes there certainly is something up with the system then. (We've been moving onto new servers etc in order to speed the site up and - ironically - to improve robustness as it grows. That seems to have had a knock on effect on some alerts)

    Doesn't appear that my problem has been resolved - hard to tell just
    yet. A client will have to post for me to verify. I did receive a
    "reminder" email late yesterday.

    they are clearing through now. You should start seeing the delayed ones
    aswell
