team members logging in

Hi there...Team members are having a hard time logging in. I need to understand a little more about sharing. So I set up the invite for them with permissions. They were sent the activation invite by email through Chrome. They are either having the invite go to their quarantine or not receiving it.

I have changed browsers. And sent again. Is there anything else that I can do to get this working????

    Sorry about that. Please check this section of the FAQs. I'm sure it will help you

    Many of these problems are due to invites and alerts from dooster wrongly being treated as spam. We arre working on a good solution to this
