I'm so sorry to bother all of you once again, but I am having another problem. I have one of my people that cannot get into our project. She is listed in the people but no matter what we do in her dooster it won't connect to our project. We also can't resend the invite to her. It gives us the option, but it doesn't actually email her (we looked in her spam/junk mail and other folders). It is important for her to get attached to our project. Our project is ACT, her username is Jane Piper-Lunt. Thanks!

    Hello Dani,

    Thank you for your patience.

    Our tech guy said that the issue might be down to the e-mail address itself.

    Upon checking the logs, he found that an invite was originally sent back to that email address in April 2011 and bounced back.

    Can you please double check if you have sent the invite to the correct email address? (ie spelling and characters)

    You may also want to use the 'send to alternative address' option when clicking the Resend Invite link to send it to the correct address or alternate address.

    Thank you for your quick response.

    Yes, that definitely was a problem! When Lonnnie originally set everyone
    up, he misspelled her email address but now it won't let us change the wrong
    email address.
    I just now re-sent the invite, however, how do we change where her email
    notifications go to if we can't change her initial wrong email address?

    The email notifications will automatically be sent to the correct and working email address after she activates her account and confirms the email address.
