Login issues using the iPhone app

  1. I created an account on the website from my pc, logged, created a project and a task
  2. I also responded to the email that dooster sends out for a new account and activated my account
  3. Got on my iphone 4, downloaded the dooster app, however it won't let me login with the same credentials that I can login with using my pc.

Any suggestions as to what may be causing this issue?

    Hi Hameed

    Thank you for contacting us

Hmm It works OK for us.

Is this maybe a slow connection? (The first time the account loads on the
iphone can take quite a long time - this is made much worse if the
    connection is slow

(Note to anyone wondering which phone to buy: Android does not have these
issues. It is WAAAAY faster on android phones ;-)

Please try again, allow a few minutes and let us know if it doesnt work

    thanks ed

    Tried it again. No luck

When I launch the app, it has a field to key in the account name which
I'm assuming is my login ID. So I type that in and then the screen
refreshes and second screen comes up with two fields - login and
password. I type in the sane login name as the first screen and my
password and then after a couple of seconds the screen refreshes and
it comes back. No error message, just the two fields.

    Hi Hameed

    Sorry man !

I think the issue is here >>it has a field to key in the account name which
I'm assuming is my login ID.

Make sure you are inputting you account name and not user name etc

Your account name is the special web address you use to access

TIP: Look in your web address bar above to see your account

For example it might be http://*JOHN*.dooster.net

In this case it would be ā€œ*JOHN*

*Let us know how you get on*

    *Thanks for your patience*
