We want to use Dooster also as a way for our users to send their support request via email and we want receive it as a task in Dooster.
so we've tried sending the mail to a task list e-mail address (for example [email blocked])
is there another way? what does this option do? "Enable helpdesk system for this tasklist?" in the edit task list menu.
