I got an issue that, everytime one of our people logs into dooster from her computer it does not work. She can log in but can not see any of her tasks and the dashboard is not working. It has the waiting wheel in the right hand corner, but nothing happens. She is using internet explorer, and this issue started about 1 week ago.

    sorry about the issue

    I think this is due to her using IE

    Can you ask her to use Chrome or firefox or safari?

    If that's a problem for her please forward details of which version of IE she's using

    I know it is a Java error; I just don't know how to fix it. She is using internet explorer 8

    OK can you detail what the exact problem is?

    everytime one of our people logs into dooster from her computer

    How is she logging in? from an email /aert link?

    or typiing the dooster.net account address into her address bar?
