I use Dooster to organize my lawn care and landscaping business. We have multiple projects going on at any one time, so we needed something that all of our staff could access on their mobile phones, and's mobile app does fits the bill. We have clients that require ongoing lawn and landscaping maintenance all year round, from grass mowing to tree and shrub pruning and snow plowing come winter time. We had to find something that would keep everyone on track, and something that I, as the company owner, could go in and maintain, while having the various projects and tasks assigned to different people in the staff. I simply go in on Dooster every night, figure out what the next day's jobs are, and assign them to whoever needs to do them - the staff gets email alerts telling them they have a new project or task, and I'm done! I use it to remind me to do my accounting work, my staff scheduling and to set up meetings with new clients.
