Duplicate/Due Date issue with recurring tasks

It looks like most of my recurring tasks have duplicated - or maybe it's just that all recurrences have the same due date now. When I open any of them up, they are marked 'no recurrence'.

    Hi Wendy

    Sorry about the issue

Hmm that sounds odd. Recurring tasks are working OK for us

Do you mind if we look inside your account? If so please mail your usr and pwrd to

    john [at] dooster.net

    thanks ed

Username & password are below. I did notice when I was looking for an
answer on the help website, that someone else noted what sounded like a
similar problem last week. The subject was ³duplication².

    Hello Wendy

OK we have checked the issue

The tasks are not Dooster recurring tasks. (There is no recurring icon next to them)

I assume they are Google tasks. You'll have to cross them off in Google or every time you DELETE one in Dooster but not on Google, at the next sync Dooster assumes they are new tasks since it no longer has a copy of it's own.

Once you've crossed them off in Google i would use the multi select tool to COMPLETE them in dooster - 100 at a time and it should only take a couple of minutes max

    Hope that helps

    thanks

Do you mean when I originally signed up, did I login in with a google password? I may have. But these tasks have been set up and recurring for a couple of months now with no issues. Nothing changed, so why would they all of sudden become non-recurring and all due the same date?
