Request stopped coming in to a specific task list

We had a form on our website configured so that all the requests from the customers would come in to a specific task list. Last week it stopped working. When we send an email to the task list at the email address [email blocked] it works fine. But at the same time having the same email address at the form to send the request from the website doesn't. Please advise.

    Sorry to hear that Jeff

    This seems to be an issue with your website.

    When we send an email to the task list at the email address [email blocked] it works fine.

    If the email into the list works OK then it will work regardless of where the inbound email originates... so not sure what we can do at our end.

    I suggest you check the form / website / hosting carefully to see why it isn't working
