Bug when I clicked on the Account Settings link in the right corner

I was on the Welcome / Setup page, end just closed the Setup script when it asked to setup the firsts tasks. Then I clicked on the Account Settings link in the right corner. I wanted to look for language options. At that point I sow this Sorry screen. I hope this will help to solve this poroblem

    Please try that again ie refresh and click that link again.

    For the record here's is what our guys said after investigating:

    it looks as though the database transaction cancelled for no specific reason. It's only this one issue (it was looking up a calendar for a project), and it's the only record of this happening as far back as our records go (several months). It's likely that it was a database connectivity hiccup that hasn't been handled well by an old bit of code, which our ongoing work will ensure gets handled better in future - should this ever get triggered again.
