  1. I was in the Accounting Task Lists Section.
  2. I was adding tasks in a task list called Vendor Communication Information Changes.
  3. I was checking to see how many tasks I have added, which shows up as # Open Tasks
  4. First the # of Open Tasks next to the vendor task list name says 5 Open Tasks, then when I filtered for the dependent tasks as well, it says 4 Open Tasks, but only 3 shows up. I also know for sure that I entered more than 3 tasks, where did the other tasks I entered go?

Please see attached for screenshot.

    Hi Jessica

Here's what the team reported back

We verified all the steps as described. But it works fine. What the client sees is the expected action - ie as a dependent task the child task will not be displayed. Only the parent will be displayed in the list. That is why it shows 4 open tasks but only 3 will be shown...

    Thank you

If you notice carefully, the number of items filtered out is 0, and that is what you should see in the screenshot. If there are hidden dependencies, the filtered out # would not be 0.

    Thank you,
