Permission denied

Hello,

All of my Dooster users have full permission to all of the projects (screenshot attached). Sometimes when they try to submit a comment of complete task they receive a message that they are denied access to this task. After resending email with permissions (no changes, jut resend) it seems to be working fine.

Another issue is that a lot of times users are removed from Watchers list for no reason. I will check their name as Watcher, save task, come back in 15 minutes and they are unchecked again.

    Hello John,

    Seems like we are still experiencing the problem. Please take a look at two screenshots:
    1. Permission.png - user named "Uber" has all permissions to SOP's project
    2. Error message that we get when try to do any changes to one of the tasks under SOP's project. Logged in as Uber

    Uber was unmarked from Watchers again.

    Hi John,

    We just had another problem last night. The same user (Uber) was able to update one of the tasks (Apr26 - CAPA Data Capture PC) and few hour later they couldn't do anything again.

    Could you please look into it again?

    OK what happened was that our fix was undone in error. We have now redone it so it should work OK
